What you’ll find on the menu
Our kitchen leans on three cuisines we love — Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese — with Vietnamese at the heart of everything we cook. Expect:
- Pho — the broth that simmers from morning, roasted spices and slow-cooked bones
- Vermicelli bowls — grilled lemongrass chicken, beef, or tofu over rice noodles with fresh herbs and pickled vegetables
- Fresh spring rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) — hand-rolled with shrimp, pork, and fragrant herbs
- Rice plates — lemongrass chicken, grilled pork chop, and combination plates
- Thai favourites — Pad Thai, green and red curries, Tom Yum
- Chinese classics — General Tao chicken, beef with broccoli, sweet & sour pork
