Where exactly we are inside Promenade Shopping Centre

Promenade is a big mall, so let’s get specific. We’re on the 1st floor (ground level), in Unit i — part of the food and dining area rather than tucked away in a back corridor. Once you’re inside the mall, follow the signs toward the food court and dining wing; you’ll catch the smell of roasted star anise and lemongrass before you see us.

  • We’re on the same level you park and enter on — no escalators required if you come in from the main lot.
  • We’re a full sit-down restaurant, not a counter — look for the dining room, not the food-court tables.

Getting here from around the GTA

Thornhill sits right where Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and North York meet, so most of our guests are only a short drive away.

By car — and yes, parking is free

Promenade Shopping Centre is minutes from both Bathurst Street and Centre Street, with quick access from Highway 407 if you’re coming from farther out. The mall has a large free parking lot wrapped around the building, so you won’t be feeding a meter or circling the block. Park near the main entrances on the Bathurst or Centre Street side and you’ll be close to us.

  • From Richmond Hill or Markham: head west on Centre Street toward Bathurst — Promenade is right there.
  • From Vaughan: take Bathurst south (or Centre Street east) and you’re minutes away.
  • From North York / midtown Toronto: Bathurst Street runs straight up to us.

By transit

You don’t need a car to get here. Promenade is a transit hub — the mall’s bus terminal is served by York Region Transit (YRT) and VIVA routes, so a bowl of phở is an easy trip even without driving. Step off the bus, walk into the mall, and you’re a couple of minutes from our door.
